Conclusions of Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine (ozone-depleting substances)
According to Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Decree No. 1123 dated December 27, 2008 “On Approving the Lists of Goods, Exportation and Importation of Which is Subject to Licensing and Quoting”, procedure of analysis is realized and relevant document is issued – to indicate the need of products for licensing.
State Energy-Saving Expertise
According to Presidential Decree, State Committee of Ukraine for Energy Saving has been dismissed. Accordingly, termination of state energy-saving expertise is expected in the near future. However, due to the fact that state energy-saving expertise is still relevant, let’s describe the system.
According to adopted Law “On Energy Saving” 74/94-BP, Cabinet of Ministers Decree No. 1094 “On State Energy Saving Expertise” was adopted on July 15, 1998. According to this decree, “Regulation on State Energy-Saving Expertise” was developed, which obliged the customs bodies (since January 1, 1999) to start the customs clearance of goods, if State Expertise issued a positive conclusion on energy saving (for energy-intensive technology, materials, and goods – according to List approved by State Committee for Energy Saving). State energy-saving expertise assumes a set of measures establishing the compliance of energy-intensive materials, technology, and equipment with energy-saving standards, codes, and rules established by legislation of Ukraine. Final conclusion of state expertise on compliance with energy-saving regulations is a basis for customs clearance of goods.

Permit from Security Service of Ukraine
SSU control over special technical facilities is regulated by letter of Customs Control Department regarding the control of special technical facilities (for information retrieval from communication channels and other means of secret data retrieval) during crossing the customs border.
