UkrSEPRO certificate
Availability of UkrSEPRO certificate says that provided products meet all standards and requirements set by normative documents. Ukrainian UkrSEPRO system is as authoritative at the local market as ISO 9000 certification passed by Western companies. However, it is a completely independent process. This certificate of conformity is a very important document, which is often considered by Ukrainian customs in making a decision about authorization of certain import to our country.
But, even if you managed to bring the uncertified goods to Ukraine somehow, you will immediately face another unpleasant problem: the most of organizations will reject your goods without presence of this certificate. While meeting all requirements of high-quality control, both wholesale and retail sellers work only with pre-tested and pre-approved (by special certification body) products.
Mandatory certification
Certification is also provided for products imported to Ukraine from abroad. Mandatory certification allows definition of compliance between parameters of products and requirements of many regulations, presence of which is determined by legislative acts of Ukraine. It is particularly important that certificate would be present at customs clearance.
Fast and easy certification – it is real!
We provide a variety of approaches to issue of UkrSEPRO certificates (each of them having something suitable for every customer).
“No. 1” – issue of certificate for 1 year. It only applies to single pieces of equipment. Thus, we are talking about production lines, control systems, software and hardware complexes, etc.;
“No. 2” – issue of certificate for 1 year, only for single importation of product batch;
“No. 3” – issue of certificate for 1 year, for mass-produced goods, production of which was not investigated. According to scheme, periodic technical supervision of certified products is realized via control tests;
“No. 4” – issue of certificate for 2 years, for mass-produced goods. To do this, production of goods is checked and tests are performed. The scheme involves implementation of special technical supervision over products passing the certification process (via control inspections and control tests);
“No. 5” – issue of certificate for 3 years, for mass-produced goods. Accreditation of production and tests are performed. The scheme involves implementation of periodic technical supervision over products passing the certification process. For this purpose, control inspections and control tests are performed;
“No. 6” – issue of certificate for 5 years, for mass-produced goods. Accreditation (assessment) of manufacturer’s quality management system and product tests are performed. Periodic technical supervision, control check of manufacturer’s quality management system and control test of products.
Benefits to Ukrainian partners from the CIS countries
Due to bilateral agreement in Ukraine, certificates of the CIS countries (for products produced in those countries) are valid. Those certificates form the basis for issue of document “Recognition of Conformity Certificate”. This document is very beneficial, as, during the issue of customs documents, it has legal force of UkrSEPRO conformity certificate.
To get the document “Recognition of Conformity Certificate”, certification body shall provide the following mandatory documents:
- national certificate,
- product testing protocols.
