Certification of agricultural machinery and special equipment

“Zhitomirstandart” certifies agricultural machinery, material-handling equipment, etc., for work in agricultural sector.

To obtain a certificate for certain equipment, the following documents shall be provided:

For natural persons:

1. Application

2. Contract

3. Copy of passport (page 1-2, 11), copy of individual tax number;

4. Certificate of customs inspection with stamp of the customs;

5. TTN (Transit Transportation Notice) with stamp of the customs;

6. Fright papers with stamp of customs control;

7. Brief/technical description of goods, photo of the goods.

(Item 4 – Item 7 – provide scanned copies of documents for preliminary analysis)

For legal persons:

1. Application

2. Contract

3. TTN (Transit Transportation Notice) with stamp of the customs;

4. Certificate of customs inspection with stamp of the customs;

5. Fright papers with stamp of customs control;

6. Brief/technical description of goods, photo of the goods;

7. Enterprise registration certificate;

8. VAT payer’s certificate;

9. Registration card;

10. Reference form 4-OPP.

Upon provision of required documents, agreement of price, and 100% payment for rendered services, the application will be processed.
