Certification of goods
Certification Department provides assistance in obtaining the certificates of conformity and declaration of products in Ukraine.
List of documents required for certification:
MANDATORY LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
1. Agreement
2. Application
3. Contract;
4. Technical description and photo of the goods;
5. Fright papers with visa of customs control;
6. Conclusion of SES (Sanitary-Epidemiological Station), if necessary;
7. Certificate of origin;
8. Test samples;
9. Enterprise registration certificate;
10. VAT payer’s certificate;
11. Registration card
12. Reference form 4-OPP
For mass production, manufacturer’s power of attorney shall be provided
(Item 4 – Item 14 – provide the scanned copies of documents for preliminary analysis)

ADDITIONAL PACKAGE OF DOCUMENTS FOR:
Certificate of recognition (CIS countries, except for Tajikistan and Baltic countries):
1. Certificate of country of origin;
2. Test protocols;
3. Manufacturer’s quality documents;
4. Conclusion of SES, if necessary;
5. Certificate of origin.
